With a background in talent acquisition, recruitment, and career services across Toronto’s post-secondary sector, she understands how hiring works from the employer’s side, and she uses that insight to support job seekers directly. Her approach is personal. Adriana works one-on-one with students to explore career paths, sharpen resumes, and build stronger job search and application strategies, giving them the confidence to take their next step.
